PATNA: An inaugural ceremony of a new CERC was held on 14th August 2023 at Bholbeda gram panchayat of Ghatgaon block by ASPIRE. The ceremony started with the ribbon cutting by the chief guest Sri- Badrinarayan Patra, Honorable MLA, Ghasipura Constituency. The other local dignitaries were Ghatgaon block president Srimati- Gitanjali Nayak, Sarpanch Srimati- Sandhyarani Nayak, BDO Sri- Umakant Parida, ABDO Sri Chitranjan Nayak, Sri- Dushasan Nayak, Sarpanch of Manoharpur, who made this day a memorable one by their gracious presence. The main objectives of this CERC is that all community people ( all age group) of nearby areas can learn basic computer, be able to perform all kinds of computer-related work and upgrade themselves in this digital world. The block coordinator Ghanashyam Sambad, Learning Coordinator Diptimayee Mahanto, CERC Coordinator Pramod Sahoo, District Learning Coordinator Dambarudhar Nial, District CERC Coordinator Pallav Kumar and all Staff of Bholbeda cluster addressed the gathering and expressed their best wishes to the program.
