Deputy Commissioner of West Singhbhum district Shri. Ananya Mittal, IAS visited Noamundi block on 30 June to understand the work Aspire has been doing in the block closely. During the visit, West Singhbhum District Superintendent of Education(DSE), Noamundi Block Development Officer(BDO), Jagannathpur Circle Officer(CO), Jagannathpur and Noamundi Block Education Officers(BEOs) and Tata Steel Noamundi CSR head Shri Anil Oraon were also present.

DC visited LEP at UMS Kotgarh and interacted with the SMC Members there and the BASM. Afterwards, they joined an on-going orientation of BASM on Child Rights and Child Labour Free Zones. They ended the visit with a trip to Girls RBC at Camp School where they interacted with children.

From Aspire, the District Coordinator Shri. G. Naresh, District LEP Coordinator Shri. Upendra Dandasena, Hatgamhari Block Coordinator Shri. R. V. Ramana and Block and LEP coordinators of Jagannathpur and Noamundi blocks accompanied the visiting team.
