Aspire conducted a training session on the Prevention of Sexual Harrassment(POSH) against women in the work place. Kunal Ambasta from National Law School of India University, Bengaluru facilitated the session. The training was attended by all the staff at headquarters and 120 staff from 37 blocks of Odisha, Jharkhand and West Bengal. Various sensitive and critical issues surrounding workplace behaviours were discussed in the training. The session was followed by an engaging Q&A with Kunal. Aspire will be conducting further POSH sessions in block levels as well in the future.
