As part of our efforts to strengthen governance around issues of education and child rights, Aspire congratulated all the newly elected members to Panchayati Raj Institutions in odisha. We presented each member with a letter wishing them the best and took the opportunity to talk to them about important issues surrounding children’s rights and education in their areas and how best they can address them. We urged them to ensure child rights, abolish child marriages and labour, and quality education for all children. We also extended our support for all their initiatives in this regard and discussed possible ways of working together.  We managed to reach 394 Sarpanchs, 391 PS members and 4514 ward members through this initiative.
