ASPIRE is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful workplace for all employees. In compliance with the Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (PoSH) Act, 2013, the organisation has established a robust grievance redressal mechanism, including a Centralised Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) at the Headquarters . Through regular awareness sessions and clearly defined procedures, ASPIRE works to prevent sexual harassment and uphold dignity, equality, and accountability at the workplace.
